I need a DoorBird product but I can't see it in your store

We're still in the process of updating this store, and if you need something but it's missing from the site please get in touch and we'll be happy to email a quote over for the items.

What are your delivery times?

We order direct from the factory in Germany - The average delivery time is around 7 business days per order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the testing, repackaging and shipping process, all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

How do I contact you?

Can you install DoorBird for me?

Yes! We have an installation service, please select this in the store when placing your order, or contact us for a pre-install survey.  For more information please visit our installation website here

Will DoorBird work with my router?

Yes, 99% of them work with DoorBird, it's a fairly plug-and-play system.  The only ISP router we have found troublesome is the one from Vodafone, but this can be mitigated by replacing it with a generic one such as a Ubiquiti Max gateway. For this you will need to request a PPPoE username and password from the ISP and set up the router WAN accordingly.
